• Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States.

• International shipping is available to select countries; shipping rates and delivery times will vary. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• CS Silver & Hyde is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
